We regularly refresh data in the ADVANCE Data Warehouse as our network grows. This ensures our research collaborators will have access to the most up-to-date and relevant data. In partnership with your team, we query the data to provide a detailed feasibility assessment of your research aims and objectives. In doing so, this ensures that you have the most up-to-date and relevant data possible.
ADVANCE has a formal review process to assess proposed research opportunities. If you’re interested in collaborating with ADVANCE, please complete the steps below:
Step 1. Review the ADVANCE Short Guide request the Data Dictionary to understand the data available for your proposed research.
Step 2. Complete the OCHIN Research Partner Form. Our research navigator will work with you to address the feasibility of your projects. Please note, submissions need to be completed 12 weeks prior to sponsor deadline.
