Accelerating Data Value Across a National Community Health Center Network (ADVANCE) is a Clinical Research Network (CRN) that integrates electronic health record (EHR) and community data for patients across the United States to strengthen the inclusion of patients facing barriers to care.
As a PCORnet® network partner, ADVANCE CRN leverages high-quality health data, patient partnerships, and research expertise to deliver fast, trustworthy answers that advance health outcomes. ADVANCE proudly serves as the only CRN led by a non-academic, CHC-serving institution and the single largest source of primary care representation in PCORnet.
ADVANCE is one of eight large Clinical Research Networks (CRNs) in PCORnet®. Funded by the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute® (PCORI®), PCORnet is a national resource and “network of networks” representing data from everyday health care encounters of more than 47 million people across the U.S. each year.
The ADVANCE CRN is led by OCHIN in partnership with Fenway Health, Health Choice Network (HCN), Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU), and the University of Washington (UW).
